The floor trails highest end-of-day balance and stops at $50,000. Breaching the current floor at any moment, including unrealized loss, fails the test; EOD does not mean breach monitoring only at close.
Strict inequality: best-day net P/L / total net P/L must be <50%, not ≤50%. Exceeding this requires further net profit. Three days applies to new tests from August 17, 2026; older tests and their resets retain five.

Evaluation news trading is permitted. PRO requires no open positions or orders from one minute before until one minute after prohibited FOMC announcements, NFP and CPI. Consult the current firm calendar; general Fed speeches and FOMC minutes are not in that prohibited category.
Automation
Bots and algorithmic execution are prohibited across Test, PRO and PRO+. Own-account approved copiers are a limited permitted tool, not permission to automate strategy decisions.
Copy trading
Only approved copiers across accounts solely owned and controlled by the same trader. Replikanto requires its Compliance Edition. Cross-user synchronization and offsetting or risk-neutralizing schemes are prohibited; verify the approved list before use.

Describes Test, simulated PRO and live PRO+; regular PRO activation is $130. Platform options include CQG/Tradovate connections and Rithmic, with NinjaTrader, TradingView, Tradovate, RTrader, Quantower and MotiveWave.
Lists the $50K test at $170 full price and resets at $99 from May 16. Confirms no ongoing PRO fee, no funded consistency rule or daily loss limit. The historical promotion in this article is excluded.
States $170 monthly list price and $130 activation for $50K, no minimum payout, and no withdrawal cap. Its $100 reset figure conflicts with the dedicated $99 reset schedule.
For $50K: $3,000 target and $2,000 EOD trailing allowance. Floor rises with end-of-day balance until starting balance, but hitting it through realized or unrealized loss fails the account at any time.
The $50K account allows six standard contracts or sixty permitted micros.
Current tests require three active days. Best-day net profit must be strictly below 50% of total net profit; an excess raises the profit required instead of automatically failing the account.
Three-day minimum applies only to new tests from August 17. Existing evaluations and their resets retain the five-day rule. PRO payouts remain available daily without a funded consistency requirement.
PRO drawdown trails intraday equity highs, including unrealized gains, stops at starting balance, and retains the passed test's dollar allowance. One round trip per calendar week is required. PRO must be flat with no working orders from one minute before through one minute after listed FOMC, NFP and CPI events.
PRO split is 80% to trader. $50K requires a $2,000 buffer, reaching $52,000, before ordinary above-buffer withdrawals. Day-one withdrawals are possible. Closed accounts have a separate 50%-of-buffer rule.
Wallet withdrawals of $250 or less incur a $50 fee; withdrawals above $250 have this fee waived. Payment providers can impose additional fees.
All account stages prohibit bots/algorithmic execution, opposing positions across controlled accounts and trading outside permitted products or sessions.
Only approved copiers for accounts solely owned and controlled by the trader are permitted. Approved examples include Tradesyncer, TradeCopia, Affordable Indicators, Replikanto Compliance Edition and native platform copiers. Cross-user copying and risk-neutralizing schemes are prohibited.
Personal-account synchronization is permitted within independent-trading rules; copying another user's real-time activity and coordinated offsetting are prohibited.
A $50K PRO reset costs $649, with up to three PRO resets. This is separate from the evaluation reset.
Evaluation news trading is permitted; PRO has event restrictions. Personal copying is available, subject to account limits and the newer formal copier policies.
